The Credo Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is staffed by clinical therapists who are licensed, master’s level professionals committed to providing quality care and focused on helping patients and their families. Counselors provide assessment, evaluation and psychotherapy.
Our psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides assessment, evaluation, consultation and medication management services.
Respect for client confidentiality, and safeguarding all information, as mandated by law, is of utmost importance among our practitioners.
Our clients are children and adults age 16 and over.
Credo fosters strong self-esteem, respect for community, a sense of purpose and the development of coping skills necessary for the achievement of their highest potential, for all patients.
All professional mental health services are provided in a manner consistent with ethical principles, accepted professional practices and individualized to meet the needs of our patients. Sessions are conducted in confidential offices and group spaces.
